DINE OUT VANCOUVER: ONCE AGAIN SET TO ENERGIZE JANUARY
In its seventh year, the promotion is back with tempting menus and BC VQA wine pairings at over 180 restaurants
Vancouver, BC: Offering delicious dining experiences and great value, Vancouver’s celebration of BC food and wine could be just the thing to take the chill out of January. Presented by Visa, Tourism Vancouver’s Dine Out Vancouver 2009 will take place over 19 days, from Wednesday, January 14 to Sunday, February 1.
More than 180 restaurants are participating in the 2009 event, offering up great value by delivering three-course prix-fixe dinners at $18, $28 or $38 price-points (exclusive of taxes, alcohol and gratuity). BC VQA wine pairings will also be suggested, providing the perfect opportunity to get to know the wines of British Columbia.
“Dine Out Vancouver really does allow diners to sample all aspects of our city’s vibrant restaurant scene,” said Geoffrey Howes, chair of Tourism Vancouver. “It’s amazing how the city becomes transformed with culinary excitement each January thanks to the promotion.”
