Well, my mom sent me some anyhow to complete VIA Sakura Sakura Blog IV.
Apparently, they really do go apeshit over them in Japan. My dad tells me the office will send the junior workers out to the parks in the morning and stake out prime picnic spots and then just wait until the almighty senior workers make their way out for lunch (something like this).
