So the other nite, I went to go see a little concert at Blim Studios (17th and Main) to see a couple friends of mine who were playing. Right before I left, I was cruising VIA, checkin out Jenilee's new photo show, A Brighter Shade of Pale online and to my surprise when I arrived at Blim, her photos were all over the walls... so that was a nice surprise.
On the bill for the nite were Ok Vancouver Ok, Stefana Fratila, and Analog Bell Service.
Analog Bell Service killed it, and so did Stefana Fratila (who was playing with a friend of mine, Ellis Sam). This is a picture of her and Ellis playing ... it was so cool.
Right after they finished their set, I had to hustle home to complete the most enormous transformation that our basement has ever seen! ^
Pat and Blake and I stayed up all nite, hustling to get the basement transformed into a cardboard spaceship for a music video we were shooting the next morning with Stefana Fratila. ^
Almost done! Look closely and spot something designed by Bob on a shirt. ^
