I'm pretty sure Christine Mcavoy is working on a more extensive post about Talent Time's ANTI-S.A.D. beach party/show that we co-sponsored last night as she brought a much more expensive camera than I did and shot from the front row, but in the meantime I wanted to share this photo that I shot of Charles Demers who was a guest on the show. This comedian/author/TV guy penned the book Vancouver Special (published by Arsenal Pulp Press) which I'm currently reading and will tell you all about in a week or so after I make my way through it.
I'd never seen him live so it was an amazing treat to sit through Charles' set last night (is that what standup performances are called? "Sets"?), which was ridiculously funny.
