The Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad music shows kick off this weekend with Phoenix and YSP!WSD! at the Orpheum!!! If you're unaware, the Cultural Olympiad is "music, dance, theatre, visual arts, film, outdoor spectaculars and digital media experiences". Basically, it's a ton of performances starting January 22 and ending March 21st, and it promises to be super awesome.
I must admit that I'm most excited about all of the amazing live music performances that are a part of this.
