It's pretty rare when you meet somebody who is truly multi-talented and also endlessly creative with it. Jason is one of those few people. Real artists are never satisfied, it's a strange psychosis. What you've already done is never good enough, you can always do more. I think that's what keeps Jason going. Originally hailing from the flatlands of Saskatchewan, he's been calling Vancouver home for the last 18 years. During that stay he's been cranking out tunes for various bands that you probably know and fine tuning his graphic design/illustration skills for Arson and his own clothing line Domestic. Not bad, but as I mentioned, I can guarantee you'll see even more from him in the years to come.

The Proof
1. My sister Christa & good buddy Aaron putting in work at the Domestic booth at know?show.
2. During the summer months I like to ride BMX and bust out some sweet old school moves to make all the other 30 somethings jealous.
3. My guitar rig. Plug into this unholy beast and drink from the pagan chalice (just make sure you wear proper ear protection).
4. I have been collecting records for a lot of years, this is part of my collection and it makes moving day one of the worst things EVER.
5. My desk at work, it looks relatively clean here, normally it spills into piles on the floor as well.
6. This is my 1963 Lincoln Continental, I love it like I would love a 1st born child if I had one. Unfortunately, you get more attention driving this thing than you would driving a Ferrari (I'm not bragging, simply stating a fact).
7. I also collect 1980's ghetto blasters. I use the term 'collect' loosely because I only have 7 of them (but I keep 'em clean). This one is a SHARP VZ-2000, it is mostly considered the holy grail of boom box's because it plays full size records...both sides, no flipping.
8. In addition to Vancouver, I love Los Angeles & Las Vegas and because of my work/music I get to travel to both! Most people I come across think these places are tacky & lame but I don't give a f**k! \m/ \m/

What do you do and where?
I have my dream job designing graphics and apparel at Global Collective Design (Arson/Orb/Orion). I also do a super-fun T-shirt line with my sister called Domestic.
What neighborhood do you live in?
West End - The west end is the best end... (wait, what?).
What are you working on?
Arson - finishing up the Outerwear 2011 season and about to start the Streetwear portion.
Domestic - wrapping up production for Spring/Summer 2010 and getting to the retailers...Getting the new designs up on the website, would also be a good idea...(note to self).
Personal - Sweep picking, Pinch Harmonics & finding time to finally build a decent personal website.
