The kind folks at Ethical Bean Coffee, who keep us caffeinated here in the V.I.A. office, made this short video below talking about their new iPhone app and how they score the different roasts that they produce. Essentially, you can scan the emark code on each bag of their coffees at the store and immediately see when they were roasted, what the roaster dude scored them as and also read stories about the people who actually grew the beans.
