Francis Mansbridge's beautiful new book offers small bites of Vancouver's past paired with photos of the places you love best alongside gorgeous black and white historical photographs of the same location. Tomorrow, Thursday August 26 at 7pm is the launch of Vancouver Then and Now. Come to the City of Vancouver Archives (like you really needed an excuse) to learn about the ghosts that walk the streets of Terminal City, see photos of the oldest buildings in town and gather some great trivia to impress guests at your next dinner party. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
