Our friend Lisa Christiansen at CBC Radio 3 just released the third installment of her Full Metal Podcast! In her own words she's "pretty much the office metal head and pitched the idea a couple of years ago since we never really play the hard, fast stuff. Happily, it caught on - thus #3. Each podcast features the best indie metal in Canada, and this edition features 4 Vancouver bands: Bison BC, 3 Inches of Blood, Devin Townsend Project and Black Wizard.
