Here is a little tid bit for you kiddies out there that may not know this! Originally recorded at the then called "Can-Base Studios" (Mushroom Studios) here in Vancouver (on west 6th) is the Classic LP "Bongo Rock" by Michael Viner's Incredible Bongo Band. The LP features the song "Apache" that has been sampled like a billion times. Hip Hop father dudes like Kool Herc and Bambaataa looped the drum break in the middle of the track and in doing so created "hip-hop’s national anthem"!!! the LP also has a sick version of Iron Butterfly's "In A Gadda Da Vida" (watch this!!! it's RAD)
