– WEST COAST POP! Featuring 41st and Home, Yuca, Japanese Girls

Taking place every Saturday night beginning February 19, 2011 for an initial span of 13 weeks 100.5 The PEAK presents West Coast Pop!, Vancouver’s newest live music night at the Red Room. The evening will feature fantastic musicians, drink specials, prize giveaways, and a great atmosphere to enjoy a night of music, at the consistent and affordable advance ticket price of $10.05, no matter which artist is playing that night.

Bingo, Booze, and Blasphemy!

Featuring: A Tara Cheyenne Performance Fundraiser. Hosted by the hilarious and inimitable Tara Cheyenne Friedenberg and comedian Morgan Brayton. Prizes, beer and general may- hem. Bring your lucky charms and a pocket full of toonies! TCP, lead by artistic director Tara Cheyenne Friedenberg, is an award-winning dance-theatre company devoted to the creation and presentation of highly physical, character-driven performance that uniquely blends movement and text, dance and theatre.

SUNDAY, MARCH 6TH

– Day for Night presents the Vancouver-made Madeline Is… (1971)

Day for Night and film historian and poet Colin Browne present the rarely seen made-in-Vancouver feature film Madeleine Is…(1971) about a young woman living in Vancouver, who seeks to find herself in a world where homeless people, socialist poseurs and fashion designers co-exist.

The Waldorf Hotel, 1489 E. Hastings, Doors at 2PM show at 2:30PM – admission by donation
