Kinda quiet last week in the city...I think everyone was focused on hockey and beer. I have no qualms with either! I managed to squeeze in two events, the first being Rain City Chronicles and the second being the last West Coast Pop! show (*tear). Awesome stories were told at RCC and we heard music from Treelines, and Jody Glenham. At WCP! the SSRIs, Dead Voices and The Pack A.D. performed...I'll miss you West Coast Pop!
THIS WEEK IN MUSIC: has the Skye Wallace & Amanda LeBlanc at Cafe Montmartre on Wednesday. Thursday is Blue Violets, Saint Jesua & the Christless Righteous, and Rolla Olak at The Waldorf. Kathryn Calder, Himalayan Bear, and Louise Burns are at the Biltmore on Friday. Saturday I'll be at Venue to see Sam Bradley with Holly Conlan & Steph Macpherson - which is an early show, so afterward head to The Railway for Man Your Horse, Aunts and Uncles, Beekeeper, and Redrick Sultan.
