DAILY FLICKR PICKR DAY 549

Every day we share a single photo from our Flickr Pool shot by one of our faithful and talented readers (that’s you!) I'd like to think that I am a person who is fairly open to new ideas and can appreciate a different point of view.

I'd like to think that I am a person who is fairly open to new ideas and can appreciate a different point of view. In a photographic sense, I absolutely know this to be the case - I always have time for an approach that doesn't merely follow the status quo. Such is the case with today's photograph.

A lot of people might not feel so comfortable looking over the edge from the Lion's Gate Bridge (not to mention even walking across it), but Jeff Howard had no such problem - and in doing so created a really interesting image. All the varying textures are really nice and the colour palette is pretty darn harmonious.

I love it when people harness the power of Free Elevation™.
