For today's post, I would like to carry over a theme from yesterday when we enjoyed an image from the prettiest little ballpark in North America - Nat Bailey Stadium. I had said that having lived in the Lower Mainland my whole life that an annual trip to a Canadians game was a summer ritual for me, as is a yearly trip to the PNE. And although the PNE doesn't open until the 20th of August, Playland is open for business right now.

Cherish Bryck shares with us today an Untitled photograph of one of the fair's oldest and most iconic features: the wooden roller coaster, which has been thrilling patrons since 1958. And although nowadays I usually find my excitement in mini-donuts and prize-home tickets, every couple of years I have to board the old coaster just for old time's sake. For a landmark that has been photographed a million times a million different ways, I really like Cherish's approach with this frame.
