Mt. Fromme is home to some of the North Shore's legendary mountain bike trails. Plenty of variety from cross country to technical downhill. Back in 2010 the District of North Vancouver rebuilt the Bobsled trail. Now there's large banked turns, whoops, and lots of flow. Making it the perfect trail for mountain bike riders of all levels. All trails on Fromme are pedal access, Bobsled is about a 2km ride up from the first gate where Mountain Hwy ends. It's a quick rip down so most people do a couple laps. Great exercise and fun to do after work.

Getting there: Head to Lynn Valley in North Vancouver and take Mountain Hwy all the way up. There's no public parking so you have to park on a residential street. Please be respectful and obey the street signs.
