Daniel Sicolo fits into lots of creative categories but the VANCVR team is pretty partial to his illustrations. His work is fun and fresh and just the right amount of cheeky. I illustrate, design and take pictures... but don't tell photography and design that illustration is my favorite.
Why do you love being creative in Vancouver?
Vancouver is inspiring. The talent in this city is amazing and there is such an eclectic creative community here to draw from. I would say that if you are someone who loves collaborating, then this city is for you.
How would you love to collaborate with local creatives?
I am always interested in collaborating on work projects and anyone can feel free to ring me up if they think I'm a good fit. That being said, I would really like to collaborate on some purely creative stuff. You know, with the business end removed and the creative end steering the ship. Something for charity perhaps.
