Oooooh, a rainbow! Rainbows are awesome, aren't they? I mean, there are very few things in this world that universally bring smiles to everyone's face who see them. Rainbows are definitely one of those things. And even with the amount of rain and moisture we here on the Left Coast get, it's amazing that we don't see more of them.
So, when one does pop out of the grey skies, it make sense to grab your camera and start shooting. Like Kim Ridgewell did in this awesome "tilt shift" style photo; A Day Of Extraordinary Weather, she snapped of a beautiful rainbow landing smack dab in the heart of our wonderful city.
