It's always brilliant to come across new photographers in the UNPLUGGED Flickr Pickr Pool, especially when they contribute such beautiful work as Prab Bhatia's. The colours and depth of field drew my attention to this image immediately and then I started thinking about how patient, stealthy and lightning-fast Prab must have been to have made it!
Thanks also for reminding us all of the Bloedel Conservatory, a really awesome outdoor(ish) place to visit right in the city and perfect for this not-quite-warm-not-quite-completely-baltic time of year.

It is our opinion here at VIA that Vancouver holds a unique place in the civilized world in that reaching this state often requires no more effort than simply pulling off to the side of the road, pocketing your keys and taking a few steps into the forest
