I went on a sweet 10 minute sightseeing trip over Vancouver with Helijet today! They're just launching their first ever scheduled sightseeing tours out of the harbour and a ten minute trip over the city costs $99, with kids getting a half price deal. For $149 you can take a 20 minute trip to Horseshoe Bay and a gentle climb to 1600 metres to float between the twin peaks of The Lions. For $199 you can take the 30 minute trip flying up Howe Sound for a view of Stawamus Chief Mountain, before turning to hover among the peaks of the north shore. On return, you see the Salish Sea, and Vancouver Island in the distance before returning to the Vancouver Harbour Heliport.
