We've partnered with our friends at Buy Local. Eat Natural. to bring you the news of their "Get Your Apron Dirty" contest. Entering is easy. Just share your tips on how you like to cook local for a chance to win two spots at a special holiday-themed cooking class at The Dirty Apron on November 17th. Ten lucky winners plus their guests (and V.I.A.'s very own food expert Erin Ireland) will be participating in the class.

Until November 8th, you can enter via the website or Twitter with the hashtag #cooklocal.

Chef David Robertson will lead the class in the preparation of a Modern Holiday Feast:

Roasted Apple and Squash Soup, Pear and Apricot

Stuffed Pork Loin with Herb Spaetzle

Baked Apple and Almond Tart with Rum Ice Cream

Sounds amazing, doesn't it?
