Hopefully you'll join me and be motivated to get fit! I'll be sharing recipes, exercises, class and workshop ideas, and more.

So, are you addicted to Green Smoothies yet? If you missed my post last week, you should go check it out...I'm still going strong.

This week for Fitness Friday, I am telling you about the AWESOME workshops that Barre Fitness has lined up for the next few months. There are eight in total, and are only $15 per class for any Barre Body Fitness Challenge participants, $20 for non-Challenge clients - AND if you're doing the BBFC you can purchase 3 workshops for just $30! (FYI I have done this already and am excited, so you best get a move on before they fill up!).

Sign up for the classes on the Barre Fitness website and find more info (like the workshop descriptions below!) - I'll be at the Ballet class tomorrow, Sexy Dance Fit next week, and Dance Bootcamp in May (I really want to go to Scovia's legs and barre butt class, and Nevada's 80's Aerobics class but I'll be out of town, so you go instead!)

Ballet 101 with Jessie

April 6th, 2-3pm

This Classical Ballet class with Jessie will explore the fundamentals of Barre and where it all began!

Ab Attack with Scovia

April 13th, 2-3pm

Crop tops anyone? Get ready for a high intensity one hour workout dedicated to get your abs ready for the beach! Be prepared to work on those core muscles, Scovia-style ;)

Sexy Dance Fit with Paula

April 14th, 12-1pm

A fun and sassy way to get in touch with your inner diva! Paula will lead participants through a series of choreographed movement to be used as a base for a sultry little number ;) No dance experience required.

Form & Technique For Barre with Sarah - this one is FREE!

April 20th, 2-3pm

Get more out of your Barre Fitness workout through a deeper understanding of the proper alignment of bones, joints and muscles. Barre exercises will be broken down to give participants a comprehensive understanding for proper technique to ultimately increase the effectiveness and results of your workouts!

Come with questions and we will workshop through your inquiries and/or problem exercises together!

Broadway Jazz with Nevada

April 28th, 12-1pm

Obsessed with musicals? Always wanted to add a little more Razzle-Dazzle to your step?

Join us for a fun, sassy class to unleash your inner musical theatre diva! Class will start with a classic jazz warmup and floor section, followed by a chance to dance your heart out with fun and theatrical Broadway-inspired dance routines. And not to worry, you won't be required to sing ;)

Open to all levels.

Dance Bootcamp with Michael

May 4th, 2-3pm

Condition your body like a dancer, inclusive of power, strength and flexibility training! This workshop will combine dynamic movements in a fun, heart pumping setting, that's a guaranteed good-time to get you sweating and sore for days ;)

Legs and (Barre) Butt with Scovia

May 11th, 2-3:30pm

Lift, tone and shape your ASSets! This 90 minutes class will lift and tone your seat...just in time for bikini bottom season.

80's Aerobics with Nevada

May 26th, 12-1pm

Get fit Fonda style! Put on your best neon spandex, dig out a stylish sweatband, and come grapevine your way to fitness! Costumes mandatory...seriously! :p
