Okay, so maybe National Donut Day doesn't hold too much weight (in fact it might cause you to gain weight! haha), but sign painting is really, really awesome. Sweet painted signs are all over Vancouver. In fact just yesterday we shared the random KEEP VANCOUVER WET signage that showed up at 11th and Main Street. As I shared THIS 2009 BLOG POST of a painted donut sign at Duffin's Donuts on Twitter as a nod to the aforementioned Day of the Donuts (which is today), the folks at Lotus Events pointed out to me that there's a screening tonight of what should prove to be an incredible film called, simply, Sign Painters.
