What do you do when you factored in just a little bit too much salmon for your annual Pink Salmon Festival? If you're Canadian Fishing Company / Gold Seal and the Pacific Salmon Foundation, you take those extra 650 pounds (SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS) of salmon and you donate them to the folks at Union Gospel Mission so they can prepare meals for people who need them.
