When people to come to your apartment, what can they expect to find?

Delicious food. I promise I don’t have anything random lurking—no pets or anything like that.

What is the inspiration for your dish?

I just recently started using SPUD delivery and their local box option sticks with items at close distance. They have been heavy on the mushrooms and I got a little excited, so I thought why not do a bourguignon. It'll go nicely with the Serendipity red wine!

Tell us, why VOKRA, The Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association?

I love kitties. I’m kind of like a crazy cat lady but without having a kitty myself. I’m a fantasy cat lady!

What do you love most about Vancouver?

It's the fact that you can cycle everywhere in every season and are always surrounded by loveliness.

Sara's seats are full, however Linda + Martin's Vegan Mushroom Pasta, along with 10 additional dinners have space around their tables. Tickets are $35 and include Granville Island beer, Serendipity Wine, entrance to HawkersMarket, and of course, dinner. Not to mention you'll receive 100% back to donate to charity via Chimp.
