VOKRA has big news! Over the holidays volunteers have been building, painting, installing, and getting their new intake centre ready! This means there will be a permanent place where sick, injured, and just-trapped kitties can be assessed before they are transferred to foster care or to their TNR program. It is a big step for this small volunteer rescue who operates with over 250 foster homes, has no shelter, and no paid staff. |
MAGGIE
Although Maggie is only a kitten herself at just over a year old, she has already been a mother. The family of three was found living in a greenhouse in Surrey six months ago. Her kittens are now living the good life in their forever home, and now it's Maggie's turn to share her love of cuddles and rubs! As much as she loves purring and being pet by her human friends (to the point that she is often charged with static electricity,) she also is very happy to share her love with other kitties and would make a fabulous buddy to a lonely single cat.
