If you were to create a Venn diagram where one circle was labeled "cheap" and the other labeled "awesome", the middle point where they cross over could be labeled "Vancouver on the Cheap".

If you were to create a Venn diagram where one circle was labeled "cheap" and the other labeled "awesome", the middle point where they cross over could be labeled "Vancouver on the Cheap". In other words, this is a weekly series on things to do and places to go in Vancouver that fall into that magical category of being both cheap and awesome.

We all already know that Vancouver and yoga like to take long walks on the beach together, and that there are a few places to find cheap yoga in the city like Karma Teachers and Lululemon's evening classes. Here's one I bet you didn't expect, though: cheap yoga at YYoga. Yes! That's right! Yyoga hosts by donation classes, taught by their newly-trained instructors looking to gain some extra experience. Currently they offer three classes: 2:15 at Kitsilano (Tuesdays YHot and Thursdays Power) and a 6pm Flow class at the 6th Ave location. The only way to find the classes on the schedule is to go to the individual centre's page and scroll through each day until you find it.
