Here at V.I.A. our mission is to remind all of you, you Vancouver residents, of what makes your city awesome. Still though, around 25% (give or take) of our readership is made up of people living just outside the region, in other provinces, and international web surfers who want a look at what the locals are into. Our friends at Tourism Vancouver operate on what I understand to be the yin to this yang model; they get people excited about coming to visit our city, and some of their overflow is folks who live here.
