CRS Group of Companies operates in business related to acquisitions, management, development, leasing and construction of commercial, residential and recreational properties. CRS owns and manages a diverse portfolio and is dedicated to meeting its corporate goals to ensure their acquisitions are strategic for continued long term growth. My business portfolio includes over 25 years of experience during which I have conducted business with many notable organizations and individuals including; BC Government, Sun-Life Financial, RBC Bank, CIBC Bank, The Jim Pattison Group, Kingswood Capital Corporation, Bentall Kennedy, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart and the City of Surrey.

 What’s your mark on New West/what do you consider to be your greatest mark on New West?

Anvil Centre Office Tower is our first mark on the City of New Westminster and we are establishing the only current Class AAA Office building in the area.

Describe New West’s future in one word

Emerging Market.

Which speaker are you looking forward to hearing from? Why?

Lisa Spitale, Chief Administrative Officer at City of New Westminster. Lisa is in a new position and it will be exciting to hear what her plans and vision are for the city going forward.

What’s your favorite thing to do on a sunny Sunday afternoon?

Walk alongside Ambleside beach.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what couldn’t you live without?

Chocolate.

 What is the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten?

Crocodile.

What is your favorite sport to play/watch?

Basketball and football.

Name a travel destination that is on your bucket list (that you haven’t visited yet)

Turkey.
