The 100 Year Journey of the South Asian community in Canada

We’re looking forward to what will surely be an excellent new publication releasing this fall, commemorating South Asian pioneers in Canada. A 100 Year Journey celebrates the entrepreneurs, the professionals, the heroes of this culture, and its first issue drops November 29th.

The vision for this publication is that it become “a timeless resource that would serve to preserve our heritage and provide an expanded narrative of our history, a narrative that we don’t find in our history textbooks in Canada. Sadly, most times we lose our treasures not by fire, flood or willful destruction, but simply by neglect – and that we simply could not allow.”
