While we've been sharing some of the best photos of Vancouver on our @VIAwesome Instagram account over the past few years I've been quietly posting photos to my personal one, @BobKronbauer. I mostly share shots from the wilds of British Columbia while I'm out doing travel features for V.I.A., allowing me an outlet to share things that aren't specifically about this city and what makes it awesome. Yes I'm the editor-in-chief here and I truly love my job but I have interests outside the city limits, and my previous work as a professional photographer has left me with some itches that need to be scratched.
I was thrilled (and stunned) this week when the Huffington Post released a list of what they feel are some of the top 30 accounts in Canada, and mine was on it. Featured alongside the likes of Paulina Gretzky, Drake, Andrew Knapp (#findmomo!), the Toronto Raptors and Coco Rocha, I'm truly humbled.
