15,000 pieces of clothing saved from the landfill

Andrea posted about Vancouver's Largest Clothing Swap 2015 in Vancouver on the Cheap recently, but I wanted to post a reminder for everyone along with their new promo video. $10 gets you in the door this Saturday. Last year they saved 15,000 pieces of clothing from the landfill (as in, a crazy amount of people traded articles of clothing!). The organizers stress that of the goal of the clothing swap is essentially to reduce the amount of toxic waste being produced in landfills (and is obviously a win/win for you and the planet).
