OTHER INFO: Philly is a 4 year old 25lb ginger with a whole lotta love to give! This young lady has almond shaped eyes and a bright copper coloured coat; her unique look makes guessing her breed to be difficult. What she really looks like is a baby dingo! Unlike her supposed wild ancestors Philly is a sweet, gentle lady with a shy demeanour. This young babe loves tummy rubs, however she is not quite confident enough to lay on her back so she asks you to please pat her in a sitting position with her paw raised. Philly was rescued from the illegal dog eating industry in Thailand. She was found with many other dogs tightly squeezed into a metal crate being transported to a neighbouring country. Philly and the others were taken to a wonderful Soi Dog shelter where many compassionate workers tended to their wounds and started the long process of trauma recovery. The canines were all thoroughly checked out by a vet, spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped. Philly is great with other dogs, especially those smaller than her. She also has a respectful curiosity surrounding cats. This rescue is a calm and gentle soul who wants nothing more than to be part of a loving family for the first time ever. She is housetrained and healthy! Read more about Philly here.
