The sunchoke wings, one of the restaurant's most popular items are simply a must eat. Slow cooked pork on a ciabatta bun with a hoisin ginger glaze and the Kennebec potato fries served up with Nomad's original bourbon onion aioli have a devoted following, especially with the late-night crowd.
