Bannock, traditional First Nations unleavened bread, is made in house and baked fresh daily. Showcased thru-out the menu, bannock can also be ordered gluten-free. The popular bannock burgers ($18.00) include free range bison, elk, boar or wild salmon and are served up with heavenly baked sweet potato wedges or organic mixed greens. Comforting bowls of wild salmon or game soup of the day starting at $7.00 become a lunch-time meal when paired with a side of bannock ($2.50). Another favourite on the menu, Indian tacos ($14.00-$17.00) come with house-made chili piled onto bannock and topped up for carnivores with either game sausage, elk, bison or boar.

Appetizers include mushrooms with bison demi-glace and sinful brie on toasted bannock ($10.00), charcuterie of local game meats ($10.00) and the must eat salmon sampler ($9.00) featuring house cured salmon served with creme fraîche , Indian Candy (smoked hard-cured sweet salmon), and BBQ Salmon Mousse with bannock crackers.
