20 Protest Songs

Well, maybe it’s everyone’s headspace since last week’s election, but this playlist is a political statement.

Well, maybe it’s everyone’s headspace since last week’s election, but this playlist is a political statement. Without any effort, we found that our favourite 20 artists playing Vancouver this week all had new tracks that spoke to the state of the States. From The Atom Age’s “It’s A Mess” to Jai Wolf’s “Like It’s Over,” and DJ Nu-Mark’s “Times Is Rough” to Missy D’s “Too Many Feelings,” this is serious business with bass bumpin’ attitude. Kicking off with Wintersleep’s powerful “Amerika,” let’s do this. Hit play.

20 tracks by the Top 20 artists playing in Vancouver this week. Playlist arranged by our city’s #knowfun Selectors at Do604.
