Grow-op on Wheels
West Vancouver police discovered a unique grow-op when they flagged a Toyota RAV 4 lined up for the ferry at Horseshoe Bay. The back of the vehicle had about 140 marijuana plants, electrical wiring for lighting and a watering canister, apparently assembled by the 35-year-old Sunshine Coast driver.
