Second Narrows Bridge

Disaster struck in 1958 when an accident caused several spans to fall during the building of the Second Narrows Bridge. In total, 19 people died and 20 were injured, leading the bridge to be renamed in 1994 the Ironworkers Memorial Second Narrows Crossing.
