Kaboom BoxDo burgers have to be made from beef? Not in Vancouver! If you track down this west-coat inspired food truck you must try their salmon burger. It’s made from local, wild caught, Oceanwise Certified salmon that’s smoked right in the truck.

Meet on MainControversy! Yeah, we’re including a vegan veggie burger on this list. The “Meet Burger” is house smoked and served with sautéed mushrooms, chipotle mayo and 2 big ol’ onion rings (on the burger). Carnivores have been missing out.
