The Dover Arms
The Dover Arms opened in 1974 in the West End, the first neighbourhood pub following legislation in 1972 that ended the hotel industry monopoly over the sale of draft beer. Thankfully, it wasn’t the last, and independent pubs can now be enjoyed all throughout Vancouver.
