Sweet Treat #37: The Garden at Mosquito
Mosquito is luxury dessert and champagne bar located in Vancouver's historic Gastown neighbourhood. Since many of us will be munching on dollar store candy this week, we thought it might be a good idea to highlight a slightly lighter and more refined sweet treat to help transition back into the world of "healthy" eating. While Mosquito is known for their more decadent offerings, 'The Garden' is an incredible combination of raspberry panna cotta, blueberry tapioca sauce, white peach gel, raspberry foam, fresh blueberries and micro basil. It's light, it's refreshing, it's sort of like a dessert salad (in a good way) and it pairs perfectly with a glass of bubbly.
Mosquito is located at 32 Water St. They're open Wednesday - Sunday.
