The Juice Truck gets ready to open Richmond location

With their truck and two brick-and-mortar Vancouver store-cafes, The Juice Truck is now getting ready to open up in Richmond.

Count The Juice Truck as yet another plant-based Vancouver business that is on the grow. With their truck and two brick-and-mortar store-cafes (Mount Pleasant and Yaletown), The Juice Truck is now getting ready to open up in Richmond.

Taking over the space that was previously Alegria Cafe & Giftware in Steveston Village, The Juice Truck has been prepping their first suburban venture for several months, but now say they are in the final weeks of countdown to opening.

Stalled by some city-level red tape, Juice Truck co-founders Zach Berman and Ryan Slater haven't lost their enthusiasm for opening up in Steveston, where they both grew up.

Expect to find the Juice Truck's signature cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and healthy eats and treats from their now-familiar plant-based menu, including salads, bowls, and their new soft serve, along with some tasty surprises.
