Cocktail at HJU:Z Lounge/Westin Bayshore Hotel

Get ready Vancouver: The highly-anticipated HJU:Z cocktail lounge is finally opening its doors to the public Saturday, November 18.

The luxurious lounge and bar is inspired by entrepreneurial pioneer Howard Hughes during the early aviation days. The menu and cocktails are inspired by his world tour, drawing ideas from Russian, French and American kitchens.
