Called "Winter's Dance," the event is a collaboration between the Robson Street Business Association (RSBA) and Small Stage, and will feature "The Snow Queen" shown nightly on December 1 and 2 on the John Robson Building at 1155 Robson Street.

Yes, not at...but on! That's because the free performance is done via projection, and will be repeated every 15 minutes from 6 to 9 pm.

People can stop and enjoy, but traffic will not be closed off, so the whole event is basically integrated into the regular hustle and flow of the busy retail-heavy street.

The goal is to create a magical space evocative of this special time of year. Adding to the festivity, there will be sweet treats and warming cocoa on hand.
