Three East Van “rock choirs” are coming together to make a WISH


The East Van Choir Collective presents: Keep It All The Year, a fundraiser for WISH.

On December 14, Vancouver’s finest/most joyful/superfun “indie choirs” will come together in support of DTES drop-in centre, WISH.

The event will feature Kingsgate Chorus, ESCHOIR and Mount Pleasant Regional Institute of Sound singing all-original arrangements of songs by Sufjan Stevens, Hiss Golden Messenger, Sylvan Esso, Sade, This is the Kit, and much more.

Proceeds from the event will go to WISH, an overnight drop-in centre in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. WISH provides food, clothing, nursing care, personal items, and individualized support for women in need.
