68-year-old pedestrian critically injured in Burnaby hit-and-run

Police are looking for a red vehicle with front-end damage after a 68-year-old pedestrian was critically injured in a hit-and-run Sunday.

Burnaby RCMP were called to the 7400 block of Gilley Avenue at about 8:55 p.m.

Police say the vehicle continued southbound on Gilley without stopping after the pedestrian was hit.

Burnaby RCMP is now looking for witnesses or anyone with a dashcam who was in the vicinity at the time of the crash and might have footage that could help identify the suspect vehicle.
