The VPD are seeking witnesses this morning after a man was found with serious injuries outside the Parq casino last night.
It is believed he was assaulted around 1:30AM at Coopers Park near Marinaside Crescent and Cooperage Way in Yaletown, before walking to the casino to seek help.
The man was brought to hospital where they performed surgery on him, but he did not survive.
No arrests have been made and investigators are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information about this homicide to call VPD at (604) 717-2500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
