Get ready to "gobble" up some seriously meaty eats. Gobble, a "no frills comfort food" restaurant is set to open soon in Kitsilano.

Moving into the former Gypsy Rose location, Gobble is planning a menu of hearty, meat-centric dishes, like the porchetta they've been showing off on their social media channels. You can take a peek at their menu online.
As a bonus, all of Gobble's menu items are dairy-free and gluten-free.
We connected with the Gobble team a few days ago to get more details about the new project. They say they are prepping their soft launch--and, they also were open for just a couple of hours on Sunday evening to test things out.
Also keep your eye out for the cool artwork inside Gobble, which has been done by local artist Jonathan Tiong.
