The team behind local realtor Sharon Tucker released some interesting marketing videos on Youtube today.
Much like the Justin's Massage posters which are popping up on telephone poles around the city, Sharon's promotional videos are unorthodox to say the least.
We reached Sharon by phone and she told us that someone on her team was creating the videos for her, and that she hadn't yet seen them.
This one below has a photo of Sharon nested below an animated version of a realtor who is telling us, in a digitally-generated voice, about her 35 years of real estate knowledge. The voice tells us that there are "5 bylaws you've got to be aware of" when buying a condo, and that Sharon has a "team of top local real estate agent" ready to help.
"Don't delay", the animation tells us.
This second one features a guy telling us we need someone in our corner who can get us the best price possible, and that Sharon's team can provide you with a free market analysis in your area.
Again, don't delay.
