Liuyishou Hotpot on Robson has an interesting dish they're serving up: hotpot Barbie.
Reminiscent of Lady Gaga's meat dress, this dish comes with all the fixins you'd expect from a hotpot experience. Except that the beef is draped over a Barbie doll.
Over the phone a representative from Liuyishou let us know that the Barbie hotpot costs around $50, and it's a seafood platter. Draped over the Barbie is Angus steak.
The restaurant has been open for 2 years and they've been serving Hotpot Barbie for 6 months now.
And no, you don't put the Barbie into the hotpot along with the beef. You take the beef off and put it in the pot.
