After a successful debut in October 2017, Vancouver’s only festival dedicated to fermented foods will return this year for another day of food and fun.
Ferment Fest is slated to take place on September 16, 2018, and is moving to a new venue: North Vancouver’s Pipe Shop.
Attendees can expect to meet and mingle with many fermented food enthusiasts and local artisan producers. We’re talking everything from kraut to kombucha, with much to sample and buy.
One of the organizers, Tempea Foods, a Vancouver-based tempeh producer, promises they will be there with several products–even more than the previous year–and that the event overall will be packed with even more vendors than in its inaugural year.
